Great Opportunity with a High Growth Company

Pros

Dynamic, fast moving environment. Experiencing very high growth rates. Investing more in fueling that growth, very exciting ride so far. Decision making is quick and effective. Individuals can come into the organization and make an impact very quickly. The IGA category has a ton of headroom and Saviynt is positioned well to capture more market-share.

Cons

Accelerating growth is straining parts of the organization, however, leadership is moving quickly to ramp staffing where needed.
