Strong product but serious safety concerns for women

Pros

Saviynt UK has a strong product, ambitious vision, and talented people, but my experience of the culture raised serious concerns. It felt like a heavily male-dominated environment where women’s wellbeing and safety were not always treated as a priority. In my experience, instances of men harassing women were raised with management but appeared to be brushed under the rug rather than properly addressed. There was a strong sense that if certain individuals were delivering results or performing commercially, their behaviour was tolerated or minimised. This created an environment where numbers and performance seemed to matter more than ensuring women felt safe, respected, and supported in the workplace. While the company has a compelling product and market vision, I would encourage women considering joining to ask direct questions about culture, accountability, and how workplace complaints are handled in practice.

Pros

A flat hierarchy, rapid decision-making, strong work-life balance, and collaborative teams as key pros. Employees frequently praise good benefits, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for skill development in a, generally, fast-paced environment.

Cons

You need to do lots of research

Pros

Saviynt offers a powerful and scalable identity governance platform with strong AI-driven insights that help in making smarter access decisions. The cloud-native architecture makes it flexible and easy to integrate with multiple enterprise systems. I particularly like the automation of access requests, role management, and compliance reporting, which significantly reduces manual effort. The platform is highly customizable and supports complex business requirements effectively. Overall, it improves efficiency, security, and governance in a seamless way.

Cons

While Saviynt is a powerful platform, there is a noticeable learning curve for new users, especially when working with advanced configurations and workflows. Some areas of the UI could be more intuitive, and improved documentation or guided tutorials would make onboarding easier. Additionally, performance can occasionally vary with very complex implementations, but overall these are minor compared to the platform’s capabilities.
