Full of politics. Leadership doesn't acknowledge efforts. Would be waste of time for a longer time.

Cons

This company is the most poorly run organization I have ever worked with or for. Avoid it at all cost. Was also told I was not required to work out my notice and would be paid. I was not paid and no response was made to my inquiry.
