Pros

Saviynt is a great place to learn, grown and push yourself. You are given the space to try things, make mistakes and improve without fear. One of the best parts is the direct access to the leadership team - you get to learn from them, collaborate closely, and share your ideas openly. The culture is genuinely inclusive and supportive, and you always feel like your voice and contributions truly matter. If you enjoy ownership, accountability, problem solving and working in a place, where your contributions make a visible impact Saviynt gives you that platform. People from HR are also very much open to new ideas and they are one click away from supporting you and getting your concerned sorted.

The organization has an excellent leadership team that truly supports employee growth. With continuous improvements and adoption of the latest technologies, there are plenty of opportunities to learn new AI tools, AAG, PAM, and advanced IGA features. The environment encourages skill development and career progression, and the work-life balance is well maintained.

Cons

Some complex processes may take time to streamline as the organization continues to grow, but they are steadily improving and bringing in many best practices.
