A good company to work

Pros

Good Salary structure, good ambience to work, better visibility and appreciation for the efforts. Good employee care and programs.

Cons

Need a better reorganization structure internally. Especially the ratio of client and support staffs need to be balanced. Also they need an internal ticketing system or escalation arrangement needed between internal teams. So that instead of going into queues to discuss the issues with engineering team, they can manage the issues in an effective way which will save the time of both the parties.
