      Pros

      Work from home, so short commute.

      Cons

      WFH should be flexible, as an adult, I should be treated that I can be trusted to get my work done. If I am up and running at 7am, why am I waiting until my "on time" to start? I've had to retain myself to think about this job and how it is like a retail job--when I start, taking my breaks, and when my end time comes, I slam that laptop shut and don't think about work.

      Always work to be done and something new to learn so the job does not get stale

      Cons

      Not enough full-time consultants, so you are traveling a lot with not enough time to fully prepare.
