Strong Portfolio of products, Leadership Team, Culture, People. I have been at Savvas Learning for a little over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The organization has a strong culture led by the senior leadership team that pushes its people while also providing them the support they need to grow in their careers. The vast majority of employees have pride in their work as well as the greater organization.

Dedicated and hard-working employees Excellent sense of community Good benefits A desire to always create the best product possible for our users Great sense of morale and collaboration

Cons

During Covid, we learned that many employees flourish in a work-from-home environment. It would be wonderful to allow that additional employee productivity to continue post-Covid to help maintain a better work-life balance and to allow employees to work in an environment that facilitates them to be more productive than they would be in an office. Not everyone needs, nor wants, to be physically around people to be happy and do superior work. Introverts and workaholics can be far more successful when not continually distracted in an office environment.
