      Pros

      Communication is great, vision is both powerful and obtainable and co-workers are great. Helps that the company believes in honoring a bonus and employee needs.

      Cons

      Changes in the company can be a little hard to adjust to. Would do great with taking in employee feedback concerning best practices.
