      Not Great For Career Development

      Pros

      Fully remote. PTO is easy to request for. Corporate provides subscription to Calm App, which is cool.

      Cons

      No onboarding, and no company culture. Doesn't feel like leadership management really cares about career development.

      New hire: efficient interview, hiring, and onboarding process

      Pros

      Very straightforward interview process, was kept in the loop throughout the entire hiring phase. Going through onboarding process at the moment and directions are all very clear. The team has been extremely welcoming.
