      Managers are concerned with your mental and physical wellbeing Get to use my educational degrees Get to talk education with educators across the USA Able to keep airline miles and hotel points Get back days when you have to work/travel on holiday/weekends

      Cons

      During busy times, you will be on the road majority of time May have to travel on Sundays but are given advance notice

      Great Company!

      Pros

      You truly feel respected within this company. There is a greta work/life balance and all managers work well with you. There is always room to grow professionally within the company.

      Cons

      If you don't like travel, then this will not be the company for you. Expect last minute travel and some travel on Sundays. You must be flexible.
