Hires part time employees under the impression that they can work “as many hours as they want” when in reality it is a temp job for one month to fill the gaps. The company simply does not want to pay full time salaries, therefore hiring part time employees to fill temp jobs. This should be transparent in the hiring process as it directly affects the employee and what they expect in regards to pay. This company looks out for their own image and does not seem to care about employees. Savvas appears to be very profit driven in how they function. Looking to cut expenses where they can and hire part time employees for temp jobs without letting them know the true expectations and job role.

-There are still employees who truly care about students and teachers getting an unbiased education rooted in developing critical thinking

Cons

- re-education of staff with critical race theory and seeding their education materials with rhetoric -Polled and engaged employees to help craft their new mission and then took a hard left away from all employee recommendations to rebrand as a radical left education company. -California and New York social justice and political content is being fed to all states through integration in their products.
