      It's a job. Not that difficult to do but not that rewarding.

      Cons

      It doesn't pay that well and advancement means you need to relocate to a field rep position in some other part of the country.

      Great Team. So many opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Sometimes late working hours, long meetings and half of the company are offshore. Time management with the offshore teams makes work sometimes challenging.

      Pros

      Savvas is a great place to work and I love my job! We have a clear mission: to help all students succeed. And we have employees at Savvas who are so committed to this mission. The people here are awesome: creative, smart, and hard-working. I am constantly being challenged with exciting projects and feel like I learn something new every day. The CEO is accessible and transparent about the business, and internal communication to employees is thorough and thoughtful. The company is very generous with benefits and and compensation. Savvas leadership, including my amazing manager, inspire me while making me feel like they care about me as a person. Hands down, the best place I've ever worked!

      Truly, not many negatives here.
