      Culture issues outweigh the positives

      Pros

      There are good people within the business, and the role itself had potential. I also gained useful experience working across fast-paced projects and challenging environments.

      Cons

      Poor culture driven by inconsistent leadership behaviour and lack of accountability. Communication often felt reactive rather than supportive, which created low morale and tension across teams.

      working from home Freedom to deliver

      Cons

      Extremely lean organization Extremely disorganized Very small and insignificant brands that are very unappealing to both consumers and partners (with a few exceptions like the bourbons and shooters) The worst is the terrible management style People are lured into the company with the promise of a juicy bonus that is linked to an extremely ambitious strategy that crashes people and turns them against each other DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! not only me, but several colleagues have left hating this place
