Pros

The pay was ok, and the car allowance was nice. A lot of good bourbons gives you some leverage in the market so stores will actually talk to you.

Cons

Management is pretty terrible. Aside from the bourbons that are highly sought after, most of the brands are old and dead. The company is cheap and they don’t invest in marketing. They micromanage you on selling 50mls and other dumb/insignificant stuff

Pros

Learn what not to do and how to treat your employees! The company endorses the "Peter Principle". BTW. This is a negative.

Cons

No work life balance. No concern for employee's well-being. No concern for employee's mental health. No concern for paid time off. No concern for recharging . No concern for independent thinking. No concern for challenging the status quo.
