Pros

- Competitive Pay - Some strong brands - Decent benefits - Some flexibility and freedom

Cons

- Unrealistic SOPs: The standard operating procedures are overly rigid and impractical, often creating unnecessary obstacles rather than improving efficiency. - Poor Management Tone: Communication from management can be condescending or dismissive, making employees feel undervalued and unmotivated. - Micromanagement : There’s a lack of trust in employees’ abilities, with constant oversight that stifles autonomy and slows productivity. - Lack of Merit-Based Promotions: Hard work and strong performance are often overlooked in favor of office politics and favoritism, making career growth frustrating. - Toxic Culture: The work environment can feel draining due to negativity, lack of support, and a focus on compliance over employee well-being.

Pros

Great products; car allowance per month Team meetings quarterly at off-site location

Cons

Heavy micro managing from managers on sales calls (must have 8-10 per day and have extensive notes in sales notebook); unattainable goals; MDM and MDR ride alongs are once every 2 weeks and discuss how to hit more and more accounts - constantly driving around 24/7 High turnover rate of MDRs and MDMs; even when 100% goals are met, bonus is very small (less than $500); limited opportunity for growth in role or to move cross functionally Have to work most weekends for on-premise; not 9-5 schedule at all

Pros

You’ll learn how to juggle a million things at once

Cons

Everything. Management is awful. Work life balance is awful - This company will run you and your morale into the ground - They will work you to death and show no appreciation - If you need to get your foot in the door try literally anywhere else.
