      Decent pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity and lack of women in leadership. Very much the good ole boys club. I saw men with several complaints against them and a lack of any work ethic keep their jobs while they fired others because they didn't want to move around the country. They care more about seniority than quality of work. I believe they get a way with a lot being a privately held corporation. They care more about their bottom line than people. They just fired almost everyone in a specific role, but hired OUTSIDE the company for other roles, knowing they were about to layoff over 50 people.

      Pros

      The liquor industry is constantly evolving so it never is mundane. Sazerac works to be cutting edge when it comes to its presence in the market. You can expect for them to spend their money wisely and effectively.

      Cons

      They are growing at a rapid pace so there have been many hiccups that larger more established companies don't have.
