      Pros

      Pay is good, but you need to negotiate for it.

      Cons

      Micromanaged trackers, fear of retaliation for speaking up, unrealistic goals to hit, expectations for goals and rules change constantly. I don’t know a single person in my region who is really happy here or doesn’t feel like their job is constantly in jeopardy. If you want to move up, be prepared to move states.

      Salary, and flexibility that's about all

      Cons

      poor senior leadership management, same rules that apply for the team out in field doesn't apply for the field level team. Little to no support, and bonus structure changes every 6 months and never paid out on time.
