I believe says this company cares about their employees and values them.

Cons

I've been there lots of years, do wish all departments would go to 4 10 hour days or 3 12 hour days! Rest and revitalization is also important.

Leadership consistently supplements drive and KPI focus with adequate training and hands on in market training for finer focused details. Excellent work/life balance, team atmosphere.

Cons

It can be difficult for some to work independently and planning your own route if you have never been in that position before. However, leadership will work with you to fine tune your plans to help you feel comfortable as you grow.
