      Flexible work schedule, decent salary, work at your own pace

      Cons

      Leadership picks favorites (leadership only wants attractive females), no credit for the work you complete, you are always walking on eggshells, close to no opportunities for growth, they want college graduates that like to live in bars.

      Pros

      -You will gain skills above your title & grade which will make you more marketable due to the fact that the company is hyper-lean. This is THE PLACE that you won't need to embellish your resume when/if you decide to move on. -Everyone contributes; very little dead weight. Non-contributors get exposed quickly. -Not a very political environment - no time for it & management won't tolerate it. -Pay is above industry average.

      -Benefits are below industry norms & the company treats it like a badge of honor. -Clear have/have-not culture. -Upper mgmt not receptive to ideas. -Many have felt misled about their career growth opportunities. -You will get an incremental job you did not interview for due to the leanness of the organization.
