- great team, fast-paced environment with focus on overall mission - open culture, high degree of ownership - great positioning in the market, close to real customer problems, work has high impact - passionate CEO with great business acumen

Cons

- sometimes missing continuity, changes in priority and team structure - just moving fast isn't always best, actively re-assessing goals and objectives might be better
