Money is pretty decent for the AI market Work on many interesting cutting edge projects

Cons

QMs get fired at random, they will also confiscate your earned PTO Communication is really bad, especially from the training/HR bullies Big disconnect between project staff and administration (training/HR), on every issue The company's systems and policies are hopelessly dysfunctional; they never fix them.
