-CEO cares about employees and the impact his company has in the world -Employees are encouraged to have a balance outside of work -Culture is fair and aligns with my personal values -Opportunity to excel -Flexible work-life -Delivers against goals!

Cons

-Lots of work and a little short-staffed for the size of the company -Zoom fatigued is real but this is the case for every company these days
