Not the company it once was.

Pros

Some autonomy as you are able to manage your territory. The business stayed afloat during some bad economic times.

Cons

Low Pay Customer service has fallen tremendously in the past 2 years. I would say it's due to increasing technician workload to an overwhelming capacity. Normal work days have a lot of travel time that the company doesn't compensate you for. You're basically working 10+ hour days and only compensated for 8 hours.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you didn't believe you were treated fairly. We believe the non-exempt, salaried position of Field Service Technician, with the perk of a company car, is provided with fair and competitive pay. This position is paid a weekly salary, with opportunity for overtime, when the hours exceed 40 in a workweek. We are also happy to say that we provided merit increases this year based on performance, as well as across the board wage increases in 2021 and 2022.

Work from home, management not micro managing, all hands meetings where we get to see financials, future goals, current performance etc. Feels transparent

Cons

Heavily increased workflow but no hiring as of yet to match(Besides technicians, they are hiring a TON of tech's currently).
