2yThank you for your feedback. We are currently soliciting feedback from the Field Service Technicians in Interviews, and are planning on adding programs and perks to help FSTs feel more included. We do work to promote from within, and are continually developing our management. We understand that during COVID, the FST position was paid a full salary but only had to work much less than 40 hours at times. Now that we have additional business, we are asking our technicians to work a full-time schedule. I wish you the best in the future.

2yThank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience. Salespeople, as you know, are given written plans yearly so I'm confused about your note on transparency. We also do yearly Engagement surveys, and are adding new business regularly. I wish you the best in the future.
