      Pros

      Great company to start my career. I learned a lot and got in the field as much as I wanted. The company really values hard work and growth opportunities are available for those who show initiative.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better. They try to make up for it with the best ESOP I’ve seen which is better than a 401k match, but I think base pay is still important.

      Pros

      Schnabel is a well respected firm in its industries and you gain significant professional development from working here. Schnabel also has a very competitive holistic benefits package.

      Cons

      Some spontaneous last minute travel, but other than that I don’t have any cons.
