      -Great people -Highly technical and challenging work -Commitment to being an industry leader -100% Employee owned (ESOP) -Great opportunities for career advancement -Corporate commitment to improving employee experience, fostering interoffice collaboration, and looking toward the future.

      Cons

      -A few relatively minor but annoying outdated corporate policies. -Room for improvement on interoffice collaboration and project-specific staffing (working on it).

      Pros

      Schnabel is a good place to work. The atmosphere is great. My coworkers are wonderful, and I have learned a lot while working there.

      Cons

      Very very hard to find a healthy work/personal life balance. Very demanding hours at times with limited flexibility. Few days off.
