      Pros

      Very friendly people to work with / Executive leadership is open about the direction of the company and makes frequent appearances in the offices / Benefits are great (especially ESOP!) / Pay is very reasonable / Company is successful - new office/acquisition in TN and a wide variety of new U.S. and international projects / Great longstanding business reputation

      Cons

      Our office never closes in hazardous weather (not necessarily applicable to other offices); our staff - primarily non-exempt - must either use up vacation time or risk their safety to drive in.
