There weren't any that I could remember really.

Cons

Zero flexibility, poor management and toxic manager on the environmental side in the Glen Allen office, toxic work culture, high turn-over rate, high stress and unsafe projects (drilling on the side of highways; literally almost had a coworker get killed as a drunk driver slammed the back of the drill rig on the side of hwy 64).
