      Pros

      Safety is the main concern for this company. You will have more than enough training to do your job safely. Schneider Electric is a global company with locations all over the globe.

      Cons

      Even with great performance reviews and being a top notch employee you will not see yearly raises. You will fear losing your job most of the time and watch great employees shown the door as jobs leave your country for cheaper wages. The customer will be the big losers as a great company SQUARE D is dissolved by Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric does not have any innovation or R&D they just buy up companies right and left.
