Everything. After receiving my 6 month and 50,000 mile achievement awards from the CEO. I was hit by another 18 wheeler at a rest area (parked). The accident was a few hours from my home but they put me back on the road and made me deliver the load (making me think I was not at fault and did nothing wrong). I was fired a day later after they fixed my truck and made me drive 1000 miles from home. They would only give me a bus ticket to get home so I had to rent a car (on my dime) to get my belongings out of my truck and drive them back home. I could not get all of my belongings back home in a bag because I lived in that truck. I spent a minimum of 3 weeks away from my wife at a time and was only home for 3 days at a time. I was a very safe driver and never had a moving violation. BEWARE!

held back from growth and development, management fails to communicate, raises are dismal and don't offset the cost of living, bonuses don't exist. do more with less mentality, organizational lack of understanding when it comes to people and systems.
