Pros
Great training program that focuses on safety and doing things the Schneider way. Easy to follow their guidelines. They provide enough hand holding to get you going but then let you run as hard as you want. Tons of terminals and drop yards all over the country for parking and maintenance. Tons of specialized divisions to fit changes to your lifestyle. Great, late model equipment with consistent maintenance.
Cons
Sometimes, especially the first year, you may be overwhelmed by the size of the company, and feel like just a number. But the longer you work, the more you get to know folks, and it is similar in many ways to working for a midsize company.
