      Pros

      Have a very thorough training program. Might be a good fit for a nervous new driver that wants CONSTANT feedback and doesn't mind micromanagement.

      Cons

      This is the most invasive trucking company I've encountered. They call you constantly about safety issues as minor as 1mph over recommended speed on a slight curve or freeway interchange. Dispatch is illogical and sporadic. Lot of waiting around. Last straw was that they refused to pay a promised referral bonus.

      my immediate manager is pretty good

      Cons

      long hours no pay for extra work anymore assigned trucks but when you arrive at your scheduled time truck is gone pay sucks bigtime for local dedicated routes

      Pros

      Training is the best. Training staff including DBLs and Account Managers are amazing people to work with and always helpful. I will always love to return to Schneider. In my opinion, I love every minute I spent at Schneider.

      Older trucks for new hires.
