      Pros

      New Truck for Teams. Automatic is the way the are headed. Good schooling for new hires. Nice people with the usual exception of one or two. Over all...a great company for newbies.

      Cons

      Teams....and I'll leave it at that. Company new-hires have little choice but to team. Pay was okay.

      Fun work environment and great culture.

      Cons

      They don't tell you exactly how the job works and that you WILL get fired for not meeting you revenue in the 4th month. They say the will work with you, but they will not.

      Pros

      Carlise Terminal: Good pay for the experienced, home time is, for the majority of time, as scheduled and the management team are put together with people that show genuine concern about your work, family and safety.

      Cons

      After hours and weekend staff suck as in all companies I've dealt with. They don't know you personally so you are not their concern. Their way of dealing with you is by saying speak with your driver business manager on Monday.
