      Pros

      decent pay- a lot of pride about what they do coming down from leadership- do a great job helping the associate balance work life

      Cons

      not a gratifying job- very tense work environment- leader tends to hand pick when it comes to getting promotions withing the copmany

      Good plave to start in logistics Good parent company when it comes to size and extra stuff Good office equipment

      Cons

      Loss of good people and automotive account. Poor leaders still stay and try to win over long term workers. Worried of unions and what it would do to the company. Bad leadership. People are promoted based on what they look like or who they know. Outside or new workers never have a chance to move up. Lots of side office meetings that really don't need to happen. Force others to pick up when leaders leave the floor. Stinks in the office No help from HR .

      The benefits are great and bonus is good Decisions are data driven well thought through. Good experience with a lot of very fun and cool people. I enjoyed my time there and it was a great place to be

      Ownership and accountability with zero authority Clear seperation between VP levels and above Poor recognition from Senior Leadership Lack of mentoring new employees to grow.
