Pros
Gives opportunity for a new CDL holder the opportunity to build their experience. The Toro team of load planners and driver leads is top notch. Good at communication can relate because they are all drivers themselves. Will get you loads from other accounts if none are available for the dedicated account, they will work with you on staying out longer if you like
Cons
Pay low. This account is one of the lower accounts within Schneider after hours communications very frustrating. Can take an average 30 to 60 minutes to call you back which was your duty clock not as transparent as you hope they would be in regards to personal conveyance, per diem, etc.. Pay is low a lot of times short runs with multiple loads and a day
