Pros

Summers off, ability to leave the position at the office at the end of the day. Lots of socks days and vacation considering it’s a 10 month position.

Cons

Mandatory vacation when schools are closed including Christmas and March break.

Pros

Beautiful office in a great location, friendly people, and you work for one of the leading distributor of children's books in the country--a great publisher and company to be proud of! If you like to be challenged and work in a dynamic, exciting industry, this is a great place!

Cons

Some departments don't have a lot of career growth in-house.
