Pros

Comp Company mission makes you feel good about your job. Enjoyed getting to know my customers and having summers off. Everyone always treated each other with total respect.

Cons

The pay was on the low end . Also there is very little upward mobility. The company structure/operations seemed to change on an annual basis.

Pros

I was able to use my experience as a teacher when I became a Program Consultant in Scholastic Philippines. I was encouraged to be sociable to build relationships with the school personnel.

Cons

Sometimes I get tired from travelling a lot to ifferent schools. I wish they provided us a car.
