The salary was very good, the coworkers were very friendly for the most part, but above all the students were great.

Cons

I had no problems with management but many other teachers did.

Too Much Dead Weight at the Top

Pros

Putting books and education into the hands of children, particularly at risk students.

Cons

Management "motivates" by being verbally abusive and often snarky in a high school, mean girls way. VPs and Directors with little or no real knowledge about the areas for which they are responsible and unable to educate their staff.
