Pros

Some really great people and peers

Cons

Horrible leadership. Truly, awful. This vertical is driven by trickery, fear and a deep, dark and toxic environment, artificially paraded to the CEO as bubbly and fun. During meetings with this team’s leadership they will talk negatively about other people or departments and then block you from interacting with them for fear of losing power or for the gossip to get back to that person. High turn around on the team over the years should have gotten the attention of HR by now but instead, the toxic leadership gets promoted and can rein even further terror on this group.

Pros

Employees genuinely care about the mission. Great SoHo location, believe it's renovated now. Usually really good about time off and casual work environment.

Cons

A mess. From what I can tell, men are always paid more than women (surprise surprise). Not a lot of room for growth. Managers get to treat their direct reports like trash because of their connections to C-level people.
