Pros

Great benefits, training process is good although onboarding at branch was average. CEO seems to be good. Most departments outside of branch are very helpful.

Cons

Micromanagement runs rampant in branch. Management and MSR’s higher than you constantly telling you how to do things and what words to use with members even if you consistently give top notch service. Unrealistic expectations. Fellow team members use Microsoft Teams religiously when you’re “taking too long” with a Member whether it’s a slow day or if there’s only 2-3 Members waiting in line even with multiple reps helping at teller line. Our mission statement is “To give world class PERSONAL Member service”, but my branch cares way more about their superiority complex.

Pros

Free snacks and gifts. Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Management is vile here. If you put on a fake smile, don’t say anything negative about valid issues, don’t talk too much, and don’t ask the wrong questions in their eyes, you’ll be great. Never had such a bipolar, condescending manager in my life. And the VP is just as bad. The work itself is easy. But don’t let the fancy building, free health care, cafe, and parking garage fool you. The training is dreadful and pointless. And the trainer will tattle tell to management if you aren’t engaged enough or seem bored. Most of the co workers are super cool and nice, it’s the people running the place that you have to look out for. With the exception of a few good ones

Pros

The Benefits are very good

Cons

Members first, employees second and management takes on all the responsibilities of making everyone happy despite their own well-being.
