Getting a promotion takes along time to get, and the pay is not the best. It’s about who you there, not what you have to offer. If you don’t have a lot of connections moving up will be a long process and your pay will not go up by much in the years that you give the company. Highly recommend that you get your experience and get out and go somewhere else that will give you a better position and pay. Management is not the best and will put the blame on yourself and accountability.
