      Great on service to customers

      Pros

      They will do anything for their customers. Really they go above and beyond for good customers. And when times are bad they have a lot of options to help the customer.

      Cons

      Everything is about service so if you mess up its a big deal. Plus they need to spend more time with training. The assistant manager is a mother type figure and will scold you if you mess up. Needs to be more professional with subordinates.
