Free lunch on Saturday's! Money is good if you are one of the 20%

Cons

20% of the employees make 80% of the income. Toxic environment where management doesn't do a thing!. Very unprofessional with dress and people on cell phones on the floor. Run!

Harassment from seniors, irreverence from management when addressing harassment, you lose commission on returns (and customers can return anything for any reason at any time), customers are not only rude but oftentimes incredibly picky and impossible to please
