      Pros

      This company truly values every employee. Everyone looks out for each other and expects each person to act professionally and treat each other with respect. Hard work is rewarded, and top management is not shy about acknowledging individual’s contributions.

      Lame Interview Process

      I liked the guard on the first floor, felt secure.

      Cons

      The interview process was a disaster. I was confronted with junior developers who clearly were fresh out of college. They didn't ask any relevant questions and lacked any deep knowledge about containerization, Kubernetes and cloud computing. I couldn't wait to get out of there. They didn't have any basic understanding of Kubernetes at all.

      Coworkers are excellent. Full of smart and hard working people. if you're a top performer they'll reward you for that outside of salary.

      Cons

      Culture can be work heavy in work-life balance. Salary climb itself is slow. Salary for location feels low.
