      - Colleagues are supportive and helpful whenever needed and always willing to help newer employees get up to speed - Great schedule management and work/life balance - No gatekeeping, discouragement or favoritism

      Cons

      - Some work can be challenging to acclimate to if documentation has not been kept up to date (but colleagues are always willing to help and answer questions, and these issues tend to get fixed over time)
