      Pros

      I have never seen anyone use bias against someone - everyone is allowed to contribute based on their ability Decent benefits - top health care plan, profit sharing Handled the pandemic pretty well

      Cons

      Mentorship is patchy - some people have to push to get leadership opportunities, others don't, again, doesn't seem to be based on racism or sexism
