Our Net Promoter scores are rising, Our Support MTTR stats are improving. Internally, things are becoming easier. Externally, our scores show we are making a difference.

Cons
I'd like to see us move faster to a higher level of maturity in data consolidation. We are working on it, but just not where I'd like it to be. I want all data accessible at my fingertips no matter where that data is located.
