Pros

I strongly encourage reps to try and get on this team. I've been at 3 different inside sales roles and this is the best. I enjoy going to work everyday - its actually fun !!! 3 inside reps from my team just got promoted to field rep roles. The BDR teams are all hitting our numbers and making money. We earn monthly bonuses, extra days off and extra stock options.

Cons

its inside sales - we work around tables making calls and emails all day. However, we get to play music, watch espn and play games (hoop shoot, putting green) every day. 401k match is only 3%.

Pros

ScienceLogic is trending up as a company. Great growth & strong product. They go toe-to-toe with the likes of HP and IBM, and win. The Inside Sales (BDR) team is sharp and is a good mix of big company resources with 'startup' flexibility & openness. There's room for advancement and promotion; I've seen multiple people move up from my position in less than a year here. You're given lots of flexibility to 'run your own business', try new things, and take risks High level of transparency and communication with management Clear setting of expectations Very open and collaborative atmosphere. Lots of sharing of ideas & approaches between people. Strong marketing support with presence at major tradeshows & a good number of smaller regional events each year. Stellar health coverage with $0 out of pocket liability.

Cons

Product is very sophisticated, making it challenging to 'ramp up' & it's sometimes challenging to sell due to its breadth. Lots of new sales hires means frequent changes in territories, resources, & responsibilities. Matching percentage on 401(k) is below industry averages.
