Pros

The global technical support team is the best team I've worked with in my 40 year career in tech support. What makes this team of support engineers and managers so special? The desire to do the best for our customers, the willingness to help each other and lean on the experience of what each team member brings to the job each and every day. The executive team sees the true value of what the support team offers to not just customers, but also to all of the internal teams we support.

Pros

Great leadership all the way to the top. Competitive compensation plus bonus and flexible time off (unlimited at manager's discretion). Great team of people that really care about providing the best service and doing what's right for the customer. It's all about the customer journey! Engineering is responsive to support needs and often offer to jump on a call with the customer. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Cons

401k match isn't really competitive.
