      Pros

      Good atmosphere. The workers were all smart and friendly, pleasant to be around. The work itself was enjoyable.

      Cons

      Hard to say. I didn't like the traffic coming/leaving work all the time, but that's not the companies fault.

      Every employee's skill set and potential is genuinely valued in day to day operations. The company has managed to create a small start-up feel within a large organization.

      Cons
